I had a wonderful time at this hotel, especially enjoying the spacious pool area and the exceptional service from the staff. The shuttle service to the cruise terminal made everything so much easier. However, the check-in process could use some improvement, as I was confused about where to go upon arrival, and the loud atmosphere in the lobby didn't help. Overall, it offered good value for money, but there were a few hiccups.
