the tv didnt work and nobody bothered to respond when i asked for help. the beds felt so uncomfortable. the pillows offered less support than pancakes.

the location was convenient for my cruise. the staff was always helpful. the shuttle service to the port made transportation very easy. the pool area provided a nice spot to relax before departure.
The signage around the hotel was confusing. Finding my room was difficult initially.

the front desk staff was courteous upon arrival. they provided quick check-in. the shuttle service to the port was timely and efficient, greatly reducing pre-cruise stress. i felt welcome.

the front desk staff were helpful and efficient. the tiki hut staff made delicious lunch options, especially the byob burger!!! the smooth check in process made my arrival easy. i also found the suite accommodations a nice value for the price.
i noticed the need for some updates throughout the hotel.
